Terms of Service

Last updated: June 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://azora.llc, the ContentControl application at contentcontrol.cc, and any related services (together, the "Service") provided by Azora LLC("Azora", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ContentControlis a software-as-a-service analytics platform for YouTube creators and their teams. It connects to a channel's YouTube analytics, learns the channel's baselines, and produces reviews, scores, and recommendations. The Service is provided on a subscription and/or free-tier basis as described on the Service. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Pre-release software

ContentControlis in active development and offered through an early-access waitlist. Pre-release features are provided "as is," may contain errors, and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. Outputs, scores, and predictions should be treated as estimates, not guarantees.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Connecting your YouTube channel & third-party data

ContentControl uses YouTube API Services to access channel and video analytics that you authorize. By connecting a channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that the Google Privacy Policy applies to Google's handling of your information.

  • We request the minimum access needed to provide the Service and use it only to deliver the analytics and recommendations you ask for.
  • We do not sell YouTube API data, and we do not use it for advertising.
  • You can revoke ContentControl's access to your Google account at any time via Google security settings.

Our handling of information collected through the Service is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in violation of any law or the YouTube Terms of Service;
  • access data for any channel you are not authorized to manage or analyze;
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Service, except where permitted by law;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan; or
  • interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Plans, free tier & billing

When the Service launches, we intend to offer some features (including a free analysis of a public video) without a paid plan, alongside paid plans whose features and pricing will be described on the Service and may change. Where fees apply, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees for the billing period you select. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

7. Your data & content

You retain ownership of your channel data, content, and any materials you submit. You grant Azora a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including generating reviews, scores, and recommendations). We may use aggregated, de-identified information that does not identify you or your channel to improve the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, scoring methods, design, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the property of Azora and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active. No other rights are granted by implication.

9. Advisory services

In addition to the Service, Azora may provide direct advisory engagements. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any such engagement are agreed in writing (proposal, statement of work, or email confirmation) before work begins, and those terms apply to that engagement alongside these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service provides analysis, estimates, and predictions to support your decisions. We make no guarantee about any specific business outcome, including but not limited to views, subscribers, watch time, revenue, or growth. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azora LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your channel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
