1. Who we are

Azora LLC("Azora", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, operating from Tunis, Tunisia — operating globally. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit https://azora.llc, use the ContentControlapplication, or communicate with us (together, the "Service").

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, company, account details, and the content of any message you send us when you sign up, contact us, or request a service.
• YouTube channel data you authorize: when you connect a channel, we access channel and video analytics through YouTube API Services to provide the Service (see Section 4).
• Usage information: how you interact with ContentControl, such as features used and reports generated, to operate and improve the Service.
• Automatic information: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider for security and operations.

3. How we use information

We use information only to:

• Provide the Service — connect your channel, analyze your data, and generate reviews, scores, and recommendations.
• Respond to inquiries and deliver services you have requested.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our Service and infrastructure.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information — or data obtained through YouTube API Services — for third-party advertising.

4. YouTube API Services

ContentControl uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your channel, you authorize us to access the analytics data described above. Your use of ContentControl is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

• What we access: the minimum channel and video analytics needed to provide ContentControl's reviews, scores, and recommendations.
• How we use it: only to deliver the Service to you. We do not sell YouTube API data or use it for advertising, and we do not share it except with the service providers described in Section 5.
• How long we keep it:we store authorized YouTube API data only as long as needed to provide the Service, and we refresh or delete it consistent with Google's requirements. Where data is stored beyond 30 days, it is kept in line with the access you have granted and removed when you disconnect.
• Revoking access: you can revoke ContentControl's access to your Google account at any time through the Google security settings page. You may also email us to request deletion of stored YouTube API data.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers we use to operate the business (for example, our hosting, infrastructure, and email providers), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information or YouTube API data.

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. When you disconnect your channel or close your account, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information consistent with industry practice.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you — and revoke our access to your YouTube data — by emailing hello@azora.llc. Depending on your jurisdiction, additional rights may apply.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
